Well I wasn’t listening, I left there quite promptly, to go on a date with a girl from West Hampstead

I got terribly bored

I sat at the back reading the London paper, celebrity gossip, the return of the saviour after so many years, I had started to fear

that outside the spaces were all of them empty with nothing to feel but a dull aching envy and then
